    i've been doing this the entire time because i dont want to get tripped up on maintenance like so many other people. i'm totally cool with it taking me 12-18 months to reach my weight goal because i don't have the personality to deal with any type of deprivation for longer than a day ok half a day. the difference between my current weight's maintenance and my goal weight maintenance is only 300 calories so my weight loss is slow

    Fat2Fit says I should be eating 2633 cals a day! I'm eating 1700 and not losing, how can I eat 900 cals more?
    open mouth.. insert food.. chew.. seriously i'm not meaning to be snarky, but just eat. and it's easier to reach that calorie goal is you dont eat diet and lowfat stuff

    i eat around 1200-1400 calories. i take in a little more if i'm working out that night.
