i've been doing this the entire time because i dont want to get tripped up on maintenance like so many other people. i'm totally cool with it taking me 12-18 months to reach my weight goal because i don't have the personality to deal with any type of deprivation for longer than a day ok half a day. the difference between my current weight's maintenance and my goal weight maintenance is only 300 calories so my weight loss is slowFat2Fit says I should be eating 2633 cals a day! I'm eating 1700 and not losing, how can I eat 900 cals more?0
