    I'm having turkey, roasted green and yellow squash w/ olive oil and herbs, corn on the cob no butter, garden salad, and devil eggs.
    For desert, guilt free cheese cake wo/crust (carb freindly). Lots of sun tea!!!

    Roast beef and all the trimmings - green beans, baby carrots, turnip, yorkshire puddings, roast parsnips and roast potatoes, home made gravy and a glass of red wine perhaps - 1000ish calories well "spent" with family

    We are being a bit untraditional and healthy this year, we are grilling, so steaks and chicken, some grilled vieggies, salads, and fresh fruit for dessert.

    HUGE MENU planned today! Jamaican Jerk wings, Lebanese Chicken wings, steak tips marinating in a homemade bbq sauce using Dos Equis Amber Ale, Tequila Lime Pork using 1800 tequila, season-rubbed steaks, Lucy Burgers, had to add kielbasa (George is craving it!), made a fresh pasta salad with homemade creamy italian dressing for George, a Broccoli salad for me, deviled eggs, skewers of fresh rainbow peppers, and plan on roasting alot of gahhhhlic bulbs.... Gonna be some serious food porn on the grill today!

    Steak on the grill, roasted potatoes, crescent rolls, jello, grilled asparagus, and my MIL is bringing a red velvet cake for dessert, which i'll skip out on (only cause i don't like it!). Hard boiled eggs and fruit and veggies with dip for munchies before dinner.

    Making lamb for my folks and hubby. Chicken for me. roasted potatoes and brussle sprouts and some aspergras I also have rolls and key lime pie. Easter Brunch with a friends family. then a 5k walk tonight after dinner

    My brother is cooking dinner. It doesn't matter what he cooks, it's always amazing.

    Ham, turkey, corn caserole, green bean caserole, mashed potatoes, gravy plus stwaberry's and angel food cake. The only thing that I will be eating is the turkey! The rest is for the family! I am spending the day with them and will love each and every minute of it!

    Spinach and mushroom quiche, fresh fruit, and whole wheat bagels with low fat cream cheese. Brunch :) I didn't even get candy for my kids or grandbaby...granola bars and fruit snacks for them. Happy Easter everyone!

    Ham, sweet potato souffle, green bean casserole, collards, rosemary and cheese corn muffins and black bean bownies with walnuts.

    Have already entered dinner in diary, and planning the rest of the day around it.

    For our Easter meal we are having lamb with grilled pears and a balsamic reduction, roasted green beans and asparagus with parmesean cheese, lime and cilantro quinoa and for dessert I made a delicious lemon pudding with silken tofu, lemon zest and juice and blue agave.
