how often do you weigh yourself?

~ Twice a week. Not exactly on the same day but usually every 3 to 5 days.0

I weigh myself every morning. Makes me start out the day with a purpose. It doesn't affect me one way or the other if i am up or down a couple of pounds day to day. It's just my way of remembering my goals. I have found that if I don't weigh myself everyday, the commitment tends to slide. I only record my weight weekly on Sundays.0
