6 months ago I started my journey here on MFP at 194 pounds. It's been a rough ride, but so worth it! I thought I'd share another progress pic.

As of today I'm down to 159 pounds, thanks to heavy lifting and clean food! (Food in general noms!!) I've seen so many people complain "it doesn't work" and eat waaaay under, please ladies! I've lost weight eating 1800cal+!! It is doable, believe me! :wink: :drinker:
