    Apparently great things can happen when I stop self sabotaging myself and actually eat healthy food and stay within my calories! I even went a tiny bit over a few days and still lost! I feel like some of this must have been food/water weight, because 4 pounds in a week seems excessive, but hey, I'll take it! :)

    My scale is moving very slowly, but at least it's going in the right direction. I have ramped up my exercise, so hopefully it'll start moving a bit better once my muscles stop being mad!

    As Kristen mentioned, she's on vacation for two weeks, so I will be attempting to fill her shoes until she's back (BIG SHOES TO FILL!!!). Good luck with the weigh-ins this week!! :flowerforyou:

    I am so aggravated with the scale. I have been working really hard. It will be my TOM in a few days and I usually gain 2-3 lbs so maybe that is the explanation.

    I ran a half-marathon yesterday (or, rather, ran a 1/4 marathon and walked a 1/4 marathon...but still) and I KNOW my muscles are retaining water today, but I still have a loss. Woot! Hopefully next week it will be bigger, but hey...I'll take what I can get. Changed my mini-goals around a bit, too, because of how well I'm doing.

    Well, that's a gain. I'm not surprised, i have had a super hard time with willpower this week. And i have been making excuses left
    and right for not exercising. I think it's because i'm well within my healthy weight range, i'm not so focused on losing anymore. and
    i'm kind of in a rut.
    Honestly, i'm getting a little discouraged. For every person who compliments me, there's another telling me i am too thin and to stop losing. I have always worn my weight fairly well, but i don't think 150 is by any means too thin. I'm starting to think it is just right, i'm
    pretty happy here. I just wish people would stop being negative.

    Well, I'm shocked, but pleased that the scale went down with not working out and eating Chinese food for lunch one day and pizza another.....go figure....... I'm off for the summer now, so working out will be a priority. I hope you all did well last week and if not, let's aim for a great one this week. Kristen, hope you have an outstanding vacation!!
