Apparently great things can happen when I stop self sabotaging myself and actually eat healthy food and stay within my calories! I even went a tiny bit over a few days and still lost! I feel like some of this must have been food/water weight, because 4 pounds in a week seems excessive, but hey, I'll take it!0 -

My scale is moving very slowly, but at least it's going in the right direction. I have ramped up my exercise, so hopefully it'll start moving a bit better once my muscles stop being mad!

I am so aggravated with the scale. I have been working really hard. It will be my TOM in a few days and I usually gain 2-3 lbs so maybe that is the explanation.

Well, that's a gain. I'm not surprised, i have had a super hard time with willpower this week. And i have been making excuses left
and right for not exercising. I think it's because i'm well within my healthy weight range, i'm not so focused on losing anymore. and
i'm kind of in a rut.
Honestly, i'm getting a little discouraged. For every person who compliments me, there's another telling me i am too thin and to stop losing. I have always worn my weight fairly well, but i don't think 150 is by any means too thin. I'm starting to think it is just right, i'm
pretty happy here. I just wish people would stop being negative.0 -

Well, I'm shocked, but pleased that the scale went down with not working out and eating Chinese food for lunch one day and pizza another.....go figure.......
