Does anyone else just not sweat?

I have no idea why, but I can run for miles and hardly break a sweat. I can feel the lactic acid and be tired as help, but still no sweat! I see many posts "you haven't worked hard enough until you are drenched yaddayadda" But am I the only one who just doesn't?
After a 3 mile run and a cool down (it is about 60 out)
My brother teases me for it all the time xD

I dont sweat either!0

I sweat enough for all of us. Your welcome.0
-
Hmm i sweat a lot, my shirt generally is soaked in sweat and becomes difficult to pull off my body cause it sticks to my back -_-0
-
In that case, I get my work-out in after about 3 minutes, cuz that's about how long it takes me to become a sweaty beast.0

Same here0 -
You know it's actually really weird, when I exercise.. A lot of the time I don't sweat or if I do I dont sweat very much..
But I do get the cold sweats all the time .

I do a little, but not like most people. Mainly the back of my neck and behind my knees.
I do however turn bright red! I mean bright, and I stay that lovely hue for a good hour after an intense workout. I would prefer a lot of sweat, haha.0 -
I don't sweat much. I started hot yoga recently and being in a 115 degree room while doing power yoga seems to be the only time I sweat.0
-
It takes me a while to sweat. I usually start sweating within 15 minutes of vigorous activity though. If it's running though, I can pretty much handle it for a while. I guess we can be considered lucky in a way? hahah nah I dunno :P0

I don't sweat very much I rode 16 miles in probably 90 degree weather and didn't start sweating until I was almost home.0
-
I'm pretty much the same way! If it's a really intense workout, my face gets really red. I don't really sweat much though.0

omg me too. I can't believe myself when I see my face in the mirror. It seriously looks like I just spent an entire day at the beach or something0

Drink more water, (joking). I was that way for a long time, now I sweat buckets, actually thought something was wrong with me until I researched the issue and found that each person is different in how there body regulates body temperature. Indoors in the winter when I either do Spin or hit the Versa-Climber I've actually had to stop and change clothes after an hour. Outdoors when I ride it is not such a problem, it mostly evaporates and I'm left with crystal salt formations down my face.0

I sweat very little while working out but become a sweaty mess within minutes after I stop.0
-
A good workout soaks my shirt too. I wouldn't have it any other way. Makes me feel like I've earned a hot shower which is great because I'd need one0

I don't sweat either!! It has to be over 90 out for me to even have a bead of sweat on my forehead. But my face does get BRIGHT red.0
-
Nope not me, I sure get sweaty. My face also gets bright red. I hate it lol.0

I hardly ever sweat. In fact, the only time I can induce a semi-sweat is when I do interval training on the treadmill.
However, I've never had enough sweat to wipe my brow.0 -

Yep.. I am cold all the time and I have to do 30 minutes on the elliptical just to warm up and get my veins pumped. Almost never sweat at the gym.
Edit: I was a sweaty pig most of my life, so this is strange indeed.0 -

I sweat buckets but my sister doesn't sweat at all and has a really hard time cooling down when working out because of it. How much you sweat has absolutely nothing to do with how hard you are working out. Is has to do with how your body regulates its temperature to stay in homeostasis.0
-
Nope! I don't sweat either and it gets on my nerves . Especially when I am really hot and would welcome the relief I would get by feeling the air, which you don't feel when you don't sweat!0
-
Lucky you!
I sweat so much that there are no pit stains. The entire shirt is darker shade when I am done w/ my run.
I sometimes lose 4-5% of my total body weight in sweat during a run.0 -
i don't either! i realized i just turn red all over and my fingers swell and i cant get my rings off.0
-
I don't usually even turn red It looks like im not doing a thing sometimes xD0

I don't sweat either! Turbo Jam, or Salsa classes for 1 hour, elliptical for 45 mins, or a flippin' horrendous summer heat wave, it doesn't matter. Nooo sweat!!! but I do feel like my blood is boiling, it's awful! On the up side, there's never any embarrassing wet pits & make up doesn't slide off my face! lol! :laugh:0

I sweat but not that much. I can bike as fast and hard as I can for a full hour and be tired, feel the burn, and barely be damp. I think the only time I can ever remember breaking a normal sweat was in high school exercising outside literally all day in over 100 degree weather....in black clothes. So, it takes a lot.0
