Does anyone else just not sweat?

Options
I have no idea why, but I can run for miles and hardly break a sweat. I can feel the lactic acid and be tired as help, but still no sweat! I see many posts "you haven't worked hard enough until you are drenched yaddayadda" But am I the only one who just doesn't?

After a 3 mile run and a cool down (it is about 60 out)

My brother teases me for it all the time xD

In that case, I get my work-out in after about 3 minutes, cuz that's about how long it takes me to become a sweaty beast. :/

You know it's actually really weird, when I exercise.. A lot of the time I don't sweat or if I do I dont sweat very much..
But I do get the cold sweats all the time .

I do a little, but not like most people. Mainly the back of my neck and behind my knees.
I do however turn bright red! I mean bright, and I stay that lovely hue for a good hour after an intense workout. I would prefer a lot of sweat, haha.

I don't sweat much. I started hot yoga recently and being in a 115 degree room while doing power yoga seems to be the only time I sweat.

It takes me a while to sweat. I usually start sweating within 15 minutes of vigorous activity though. If it's running though, I can pretty much handle it for a while. I guess we can be considered lucky in a way? hahah nah I dunno :P

I don't sweat very much I rode 16 miles in probably 90 degree weather and didn't start sweating until I was almost home.

I'm pretty much the same way! If it's a really intense workout, my face gets really red. I don't really sweat much though.

Drink more water, (joking). I was that way for a long time, now I sweat buckets, actually thought something was wrong with me until I researched the issue and found that each person is different in how there body regulates body temperature. Indoors in the winter when I either do Spin or hit the Versa-Climber I've actually had to stop and change clothes after an hour. Outdoors when I ride it is not such a problem, it mostly evaporates and I'm left with crystal salt formations down my face.

A good workout soaks my shirt too. I wouldn't have it any other way. Makes me feel like I've earned a hot shower which is great because I'd need one
