From that site, it gives me 34%, which would be 156 LBM, but my Omron gives me 37% which is 149... I'm actually about to try NROL4W, so hopefully I shall be able to increase on this lean body mass!

This is my goal too. I have about 125 lbs lean body mass and 31.4 BF%. I was at around 130lean body mass and 43.5% body fat. I want to get to 154lbs which puts me at 124lbs lean body mass and 20% BF% then I will reevaluate and try to get closer to 151 lbs and 18% BF%.

I am so confused! I did the military body fat calculator and it said I was 32.2% BF
I did the Covert Bailey body fat calculator and it said I am 24.3% BF
    What do i believe?

My ultimate goal was to be at 24% BF which according to the military scale would be 137 pounds but according to the Bailey BF calculator I am already there at 153 pounds! (and I am NOT happy with that!)

    FYI I am 47years old and 5'7"

Currently 126.4 pounds and 30% body fat with 88lbs lean muscle

Goal 110 pounds with 20% body fat and maintain or increase the lean muscle.

I started P90X this morning... let's see where that takes me :)

Heh, I know how you feel- here's how I stand:
Covert Bailey Body Fat Calculation: 24% 109 lbm
F2F Custom Body Fat Calculation: 26.6% 105.3 lbm
Calipers: 30.3% 100 lbm (I'm not sure the guy who took these really knew what he was doing)
    My scale: 32.6% 96.7 lbm
Military Body Fat Calculation: 34.3% 94.2 lbm

So I'm either, at my goal BF (25%) which I find hard to believe, or I'm ~15lb overweight, or something in-between. Most of my weight is in my belly, which I think throws off the calculations.

My current goal is 25% or 125lb - I decided I'll evaluate how I look when I get there and see if I need to go further.

I'm currently 45% BF, giving me 116 lbs of LBM. I need to add about 10 pounds to that, then my trainer has me going for 17% BF within the next year, which puts me at 150 lbs.

Yah, this is definitely too high! It says I have 30% body fat! Last time I checked it was 19%!
