    Pre-run snack - a banana smothered in peanut butter and rolled in chia seeds. Yummy! The only thing that would have made it better is if it was coated in chocolate as well. :)

    Have been told many times already on this site that you shouldn't deprive yourself of things you like and everything in moderation.. Well, he did note he could afford the calories soo I say why the heck not!!

    French fries aren't good for you, no matter if you can afford them calorie wise or not.

    But, kudos for keeping it to a small.

    Agreed....Deep fried foods are horrible for your arteries.
