    fiber one oats and chocolate bar in my Admin Policy class.

    Can't wait to go home and try my hand at chicken breast in red wine sauce...
  • Salad using 1.5 cups of chopped up sugar snap peas, one pouch of low sodium chunk light tuna packed in water, a few chopped up sweet pickles, and then balsamic vinaigrette dressing spritzed over it. A filling, satisfying 200 cal lunch!

    Two turkey and colby-jack roll-ups; string cheese; 4 oz. natural applesauce; 1/2 cup 4% milkfat cottage cheese with 1/2 cup pineapple chunks; 3 oz. carrots with 2 tbsp. light cream cheese. All that for only 545 calories. Booyah.
