    I do weight training also and it is amazing how fast it changes your body. I havent lost much in the last 3 weeks since I started because the muscle keeps replacing the fat. I have noticed I'm burning twice as many calories as I was. But... I have lost ALOT of inches and things are toning up dramatically! I'm not even worried about losing lbs right now cause I know that will come in time. You look fantastic! Keep it up. Everyone thinks I'm losing mad lbs but I'm not just massive sculpting!
