    Picola1984, How did you get your rolls to look so...fluffy and bread like?

    The picture for the buns on the recipe's site look like nasty flat little pancakes. Did you add anything extra or do anything with arranging the dough to make it look more...substantial?

    Yea, I really want to know this as well. I've never seen oopsie rolls that look like these, they look absolutely delicious! Great to see some low carb/keto friendly meals on the boards though.

    Yea, I really want to know this as well. I've never seen oopsie rolls that look like these, they look absolutely delicious! Great to see some low carb/keto friendly meals on the boards though.

    I would guess it has to do with the amount you beat the egg whites. Egg whites plus cream of tater (and sugar) makes merigue. The more you beat it along with folding gently should result in a fluffier bun.
