if you settle for what you got, you deserve what you get!
not sure if its motivational or not but the way i relate it to being overweight is this... if you SETTLE for being fat then you deserve to be fat. this has really helped me. I no longer want to settle because I don't deserve to be fat. I deserve to be health!! :drinker:0 -
    I get this remark already....but I'm still wanting to lose more!
That freaking rocks. Awesome!0 -

"If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up." -Don't know who said this.

It takes 4 weeks for you to notice a difference, 8 weeks for your friends, and twelve weeks for a stranger. Don't give up.0

"The difference between who you are, and who you want to be- is WHAT YOU DO!"0

^ That was mine!
the all-time greatest fitness motivation quote site (in my humble opinion) is http://believe-toachieve.tumblr.com

I have a bunch of them on my poster.
RE-LEARN HOW TO EAT. RE-TRAIN YOUR BRAIN.
Getting fit is the most important thing I will do in my life.
Athletes don’t eat crap!
It takes an extra hour in the gym to burn off a candy bar!
The lightness of athleticism is an attainable goal.
I am already strong. I’m getting stronger.
I have control of what I put in my body.
The responsible adult will kick the spoiled brat in the head.
Every day, in every way, I am getting healthier.
I can say that I am doing this the hard way. No shortcuts!
It’s not up to anyone else to make me give my best.
The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in my determination.
It’s about self-improvement: being better than the day before.
FOCUS
I am done being an unhealthy person and am changing my life.
I am capable of much more than I realize.
Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever.
This is not the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
I never regret when I do it, but I always regret when I don’t.
I meet the challenge every day.
I am getting supple, sculpted and fit.
I will be thin, strong, agile and athletic.
I will achieve the body I want.
Food is fuel, not pleasure.
Work will win when wishing won’t.
There are only two options regarding commitment; you’re either in or you’re out. There’s no such thing as life in-between.0 -
