I log it if it's not something routine, like some hardcore 2+ hour cleaning binge. Routine cleaning and everyday stuff I don't log. OT: I also log 3+ hour marathon cooking sessions (for special occasions or making stuff for events) when I've been on my feet moving around the entire time. (But not regular every day cooking.)0

for sure you do, cleaning can be a full time job, I use it as an exercise :happy:0

No....I can understand if you are lifting heavy boxed that balance out like 5pds or so....but umm we clean all the time and even cleaned when we gained the weight...what is so different now that it will help us lose....I would suggest adding some workouts dvd's or Gym time with the cleaning and see if that work....0
