How many ounces of water do you drink a day?

I have no idea as to exactly how much. I have small plastic cups I might fill up 2-3 times. I know I need to drink more water, but I've never been a big drinker. I can go until noon and realise I hadn't had anything. I just can't drink a lot of water even when I try.
I should drink 76 ounces of water today, or 2.3 liters per day and I don't think I get anywhere near that. I'll start to measure to see what I am drinking.0 -
I drink a ton. In fact I don't even know how much. I lose track. I have a 16 ounce bottle at my desk at work that I refill at least 5 times. Then at home, I drink a few of my large glasses full. So I don't know but I'm pretty sure it's enough :happy:0

http://nutrition.about.com/library/blwatercalculator.htm- According to this I should drink 126 OZ a day.... I have been drinking about 80oz a day
EDIT: If you want to know whether you're drinking enough, check the colour of your urine. Plenty of online colour charts if you google it.0 -
Usually around 80 oz. Sometimes more, sometimes less.0

I average anywhere from 120 ounces to 180 ounces, like others this is depending on what my activities are (work, gym, etc).0

kind of an interesting "Quiz" to tell you how much H2O to consume... http://nutrition.about.com/library/blwatercalculator.htm
This said I need 92.5 oz a day!!! (non-drinking days:drinker: ) and if my diet is healthy (which it is on non-drinking days:drinker: ) about 20% will come from food, so I should drink about 74 ounces of water per day!!!
I aim for about 10 glasses on MFP tracker. :bigsmile:0 -
140ish not counting protein shakes and BCAA shakes.0
-
at least 64..more on workout days0
-
I have no idea. But it's enough because my urine is pretty clear. I don't drink a lot of plain water though.0
-
At least 180 ounces of water more during summer time0
-
I LOVE WATER! I drink over 100 ounces a day.0
-
I drink a minimum of 100 ounces of actual water daily. I also have a few other random drinks through out the day. So on average my fluid intake is about 125 ounces a day.0

I drink until I'm not thirsty.
Before I leave for work, I usually have a 4-6 oz glass of water.
At work, I have a 4-5 16-ounce cups of water or decaf iced tea (sweetened with Truvia)
At night, maybe 2 glasses of water.
Total: ~120 oz. + water from fruits/veggies0 -
192-300+oz. I don't think I need anywhere near that much water. I just like drinking water.0

I drink 128 oz/day at least. I have a 32 oz water bottle and drink 4 of those/day. I read somewhere you are supposed to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz. I don't know about that but I do know that if I drink much less than the usual 128 oz, I feel sluggish and tired.0
-
I have a 32 oz bottle.. I try to drink 4 - 5 of those a day depending on thirst. So, anywhere from 128 - 160 oz0
-
At least a gallon per day.0
-
I tend to use pint glasses and normally go through 5 a day. My computer tells me that's 160oz a day. Plus tea and other water from fruits and things. I like water.
I just feel all wrong and thirsty if I drink much under that!
