    I crossed the line for obesity in my age and height bracket back in September or 2010 (236.5 pounds). Using WW, I lost 20 pounds, but my company was paying for 50% of the fee each month. Since I started my new job in January, I have regained 11. So the goal here is to go from 227.5 now down to 199. The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. So, yeah. I'm in the "Want to be less than 200 Club"!

    Prepare now to have a healthy weekend! Going to a social gathering?
    *Pack your own snacks in case there are no or little healthy options.
    *Load up on veggies and water before trying other things. You'll be full and less likely to overindulge in the less healthy options.
    *Eat before you go! Avoid walking into social settings hungry - can be more tempting and may end up eating more especially if you're around people who aren't on a weight loss journey!
    *Exercise before you go. Burn some extra calories - a great workout often motivates me not to overindulge because I strive not to cancel out my hard work.
    Have a weekend filled with healthy choices! Feel free to join the group if you aren't already a member!
