    you definitely can because that's how my mom makes them. I'm just not sure how you'd do these because they have cream cheese in them.
    But you can cook them rolled up like you would in the oven and then carefully flip them and just cook them until the cheese melts :)
    We use an actual tortilla pan but I think a frying pan would work too

    I've made something like this, too.. with the addition of about two cups of shredded chicken breast (added to the cream cheese mixture). It's a good way to make one enchilada go a little farther nutritionally.

    YUM! This is something I'd love to try since I'm looking for new recipes all the time. I might use white corn tortillas instead though, they average about 50 per tortilla as opposed to 100.

    This is kind of similar to a recipe I've had before. Only the one I've used before had chicken and some seasons in it.

    Definitely going to try it this way as well!

    I think I'm going to try them next time I was just too scared to change it up too much the first time haha

    yumm I was thinking about adding chicken but I wasn't sure how it would go with the cream cheese, but now I'll have to try it :)
