    Just turned 44 last week, drop some weight last summer but started to slip and gained back 14. Just trying to get back on track. Wanting to be healthy, Good luck to every!:smile:

    40 yrs old here, did my first sprint triathlon in March, next one in June. Haven't lost much weight, but feel better and look better
