Good morning to all my dedicated MFPers!
Summer is almost here! Are you up for a challenge? Join me in the Butt Bible Challenge!
I have started a group for the challenge:

And this is the schedule:
Day 1: Butt Bible Lower Body Level 1
Day 2: Butt Bible Upper Body Level 1
Day 3: Rest or choose a cardio routine
Day 4: Butt Bible Lower Body Level 1
Day 5: Butt Bible Upper Body Level 1
Day 6: Rest or choose a cardio routine
Day 7: Rest
The Butt Bible is a 6 week toning workout that will tone your WHOLE body not just your butt! There are 3 levels. Level 1 upper body and lower body are 20 minutes a piece. Level 2 upper and lower body are 30 minutes each. And yep you guessed it, level 3 upper and lower body are 40 minutes a piece! This can be a great supplement to your current workout and it is also an excellent workout on its own!
I can't wait to see all the before and after photos! :blushing:

Not gonna lie. The instructor for these videos actually creeps the crap out of me!!
Not saying that I wouldn't partake in trying these videos out some day, but those pictures just make things all the more intimidating.0 -

Watched the video on youtube. It took me an hour to actually do five minutes of the tape. This is great for when I lose more weight but not now. I'll stick to the leg lifts and squats0
