7 months healthy eating + 1 month heavy lifting

Down 13lbs since September, from size 10/12 to size 6. Thanks to some wonderfully inspiring MFP friends, I discovered the New Rules of Lifting for Women and have been lifting heavy for a month now. I still have a long road ahead of me, but bouncing around the serious iron has given me a new confidence, so here I am in a bikini!
