I'm sure there are more qualified folks to comment on this, but I'd say you can't do it at home in its entirety. Stage 1 will require you to do barbell front quats and deadlifts every day, and you pretty quickly move on to really heavy weights (I'm squatting 120lbs after a month). However, you definitely can build up your strength with dumbbells at home.0 -

Down 13lbs since September, from size 10/12 to size 6. Thanks to some wonderfully inspiring MFP friends, I discovered the New Rules of Lifting for Women and have been lifting heavy for a month now. I still have a long road ahead of me, but bouncing around the serious iron has given me a new confidence, so here I am in a bikini!
