I need Diet Help!!!

Hi,
I am hoping some of you out there can help me.
I have recently made some major changes to my diet and I am wondering if anyone can see anything I can change.
Here is what my goal is:
I am 5'11" currently weigh 211 and want to be 160-165. I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle and I used to eat tons of carbs.
1. I am trying to cut out unnatural processed sugars.
2. I am trying to cut wayyyy back on sodium and processed foods.
3. I am trying to cut back to carbs only from fruit and vegetables with the exception of maybe 1-2x's a week with breads, rice, etc...
- these are steps to eating a more "clean" lifestyle (eating clean is not logical for my lifestyle right now but maybe later in the future) and have been huge huge steps from where I was about a week ago. I am not new to MFP but I am just now coming back after a few huge life changes and some time off.
I really want to be successful in these changes and I was wondering if anyone out there can see anything I might be missing.
