    There is no modification for jumping jacks....I've seen 400 pound people doing jumping jacks. If they can do them, so can you!
    This one always annoys me. If I try to do a jumping jack, I'm going to bring down my apartment building! I'll just do the arms until I can get below 400...lol

    Maybe because flies are annoying.

    Ugh. I hate the resistance band flies in Workout 5 of Body Revolution. HATE.
