    My pant size is 5/6 (most pants) or a 7/8.. (US size) I'm thinking if I can get the car Thursday cus I need to go get a skirt for Thursday anyway, we're going to a Crawfish boil and I want a short mini skirt to wear for it, I think I'll find one and try it on. Will bring my phone haha, might have to see what people think with it actually on if I have the galls to even post it, it's different in my bra cus it's a sports bra and covers the problem back fat I'm so concerned about.

    sadly, ive never worn one. im wayyy too self concious to even wear a tankini and board shorts.

    at my heaviest (between 150 and 160) i didnt have a choice but to wear a bikini because the only swimsuits made for people with a triple d bust are made either for older, obese people or porn stars whose "goods" are fake. i went with the latter option....i bought a cute little monokini thing this year. but i plan on buying a cute bikini I ACTUALLY like as soon as my body is where i want it. which should be soon enough! (120)

    I've always worn them. I hate the feeling of wet fabric sticking to my tummy. I have a belly ring and it looks weird sticking out in a one piece. Also, it's a pain to wiggle out of those things. But... on the last few family vacations I switched to a tankini after seeing some unflattering photos my mother took and distributed to everyone! Don't let anyone photograph you bending over in a bikini... now matter what size you are!

    Pretty sure the last time I wore a bikini I was 5. Meanwhile, I had surgery a few years back and remember my surgeon (who was pushing 70 - but you'd never know it), showing me where the scars would be and saying, "So, no worries, you'll still be able to wear a bikini." And all I could think was, "Oh, bless his heart...he thinks I wear bikinis."

    ETA: I don't have the confidence for it - not sure I will. But you should go for it. You look great.

    I just don't wear them. I am pale, pale, pale! And before anyone suggests I get a tan, I tan like a redhead does: BURN. I've always been this way. There are probably plenty of women who would wear a bikini at my size. I honestly think with a good cover-up for when I'm out of the water I'd be fine. But I'm so freaking pale it isn't even funny. I am getting a new bathing suit this year and my husband has requested I try on some bikinis.

    I'm a size 10/12 now, but I was a size 16/18 at my highest weight. I NEVER would have worn a bikini then, but I've lost 40lbs and I have never felt better, so this year I figured I'd buy a bikini top for the first time in my life. So what if people say "ew, she's too fat for a bikini" or "omg, I can't believe she would wear that." I've worked hard to get this far - they can kiss my rear-end! lol. Besides, I can wear a dang bikini if I want to! =P

    This is another thing with me, I'm WHITE! White as a ghost, and I can't tan to save my life lol. But it's not gonna stop me from wearing a mini skirt with no pantie hose on Thursday lol. Simply because honestly I'm so use to being white, I've been this white all my life, and I have to let up on something, being pale is one thing I don't let get to me.

    There's no shame in being pale! But it's all I can think about when exposing my legs or belly. I feel like I'm going to blind someone with my pale skin.

    I wore one at 176, my current, just last week and my guy friend told me i looked good!
    im trying to get down to a health 135. i was really self conscious at first, but it was a waterpark, and I had fun anyways!
