Maybe you could substitute what I call the "Zumba jack". In some of the Zumba DVDs they do this thing where your arms go up and down as in a jumping jack, but instead of jumping you squat just a little when your arms go down and raise when they go up, all the while shaking your booty. It's really pretty fun and gets your hear a-pumping for sure!0 -

I hate all exercise. I do it only beause I have to in order to get the body I want.
same. not a person who "loves" to workout at all. if i didn't need to workout to be healthy and maintain/lose weight then i wouldn't do it!0 -

Oh man, I hate burpees. I think that stems from my hatred of push ups... I will try the beginner bupee they show in the video. Sometimes I feel like saying "Ya know, I'll just have flabby arms. Who cares, as long as my core is strong." I always talk myself out of the outlook but it is oh, so tempting.0 -

Pretty much 50% of the workout's in Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism...i.e. 180's, jump squats, and standing mountain climbers. My husband asks me if I'm ok EVERY TIME I do this work out because I'm breathing so hard.0

Wow, I had no idea anyone hated yoga! I looooveeee yoga. I feel like all my problems would be solved if I could just fold myself in half (illogical). I guess I just hate upper body stuff because my upper body is primarily composed of taffy.0

I pretty much dislike most forms of working out but I just can't face myself in the mirror if I skip out on them. Plus, I like to be active and without working out, the things I like to do are harder (such as mtn hiking, rock climbing, etc, etc)
Whoever started the Burpees thing though...I agree. Those SUCK the most!!!!0 -

I hate running because it's boring.
I love plyometrics (all the burpees, split squats, and junk) because it's dynamic and different!

I was thinking the same thing!
I want to punch her in the face every time she mentions that! I usually yell at her with something to the tune of "OH WHATEVER YOU [expletive]!" and then proceed to butt kickers.0 -
most exercises i hate for the first 5 mins but after that it is all good, however i do not like running at all. Probably more difficult being a heavier guy, however have taken up the couch to 5k challenge and see how that pans out..0
