    awwww that's so very sweet....one of my sons said that they can now reach all the way around me at the waist now. And I have lost 15 pds. Really makes you feel good to hear it from your kid. Keep up the hard work, it's so much easier to put on than to take off the weight.

    This has brought tears to my eyes i have a daughter who is nearly 8 and she would say something very like that. I agree daughters are the best. All my children tell me often how well i am doing and how proud they are of me. keep up the good work and cherish your little princess as i will cherish mine.
