Does it even out?

So yesterday I ate waaay to little calories, and today I'm over by about 50 if I'm usually consistently right at goal does that even out?

    I always eat way under all week, and exercise, then pretty much binge with alcohol and bad night time food plus and exercise on the weekends.

    In my opinion it would even out. Interested in what others say though.

    You must use the same dietitian or nutritionists I do lol.

    As for the original question Amby I say yes. As long as you are not consistently over a bit over here or there is just fine. The important thing is to recognize trends of being over and stop them as you continue to work out!

    Yep it evens out! It's commonly know as calorie zig zagging. As long as you average out over 7 days then you should be on track.
