Simple 1-1-1 cookies are awesome. I've never tried with subbing my stevia in the raw for the 1 c of sugar. I'll be giving that a go in about 8.3 seconds...
Here's how I prepare mine: mix the three ingredients until well blended and make them into balls. Use a fork to smash them down. Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes. I do 7 and then let them rest on the cookie sheet so they're softer.0 -
I make these all the time... they're easy and yummy! you don't need flour and they bake up nicely because of the egg. I sometimes add a teaspoon of flour to lessen the "sticky". Don't overbake them!0
