    Mine was from a book called 'What it feels like to...' which had a personal account in it from a tourettes sufferer who rather than swearing, would blurt out random words and two of them that he would shout were 'monkey' and 'butter'. I just put the two together for an original name :)

    Z is my initial... Z or Zee were too short the first time I used the handle, so in a brilliant stroke I added Sir in front of it....since then it doesn't seem so brilliant at all lol.

    Started MFP about the same time I started a new job. the computer host name issued to me was LORD000007007. Too many zeroes but I liked the overall name, edited it down, and ran with it.... in this case quite literally. :laugh:

    My name is Ivian, so Ivi for short. Not IvY. I don't pronounce it like the poison. It's pronounced as if you were saying the letters "E" and "V." And at work I have to sign the contracts and paperwork with "Ms." in the front :smile: So that's about it. Boring!

    My grandpa gave me this nickname with I was 3ish and called me it for as long as I can remember =-) Good memories, he passed a little over a year ago so every time I log in I'm reminded of him.

    I'm in software. The Happy Path is a software term for the expected interaction between a user and the system. The point is to minimize risk on that path. It makes sense to me as a life philosopy as well. My focus is to stay on the happy path - and be happy.
