    You have changed your life and for that I congratulate you. The change in your body is beyond words. You look absolutely fabulous! I don't know you but I am very proud of what you have accomplished and it is extremely inspiring to read your story, much of which resembles my own life. You've come such a long way and I just know you will keep on moving along the healthy path and that gives me hope as well that I may be able to do the same!

    You don't need to ask me my secret, there is none! It's been common knowledge for so long, we neglect to see it for what it is, simplicity. Or we neglect to see it at all, looking past it for fads, or quick fixes. There are no shortcuts.

    Portion control, proper hydration, sodium control, honesty in tracking, throw in a little exercise and viola, 365 days later you have what I've achieved, but I'm not done yet, and I have a long way to go.

    ^^ This is so true and I just want to repost this as so many people don't realize how simple (yet so hard) it is to accomplish what you have done!
