The trouble is you can see blog/group/discussion activities on a smart phone app. You have to log on to the full website which is a little inconvenient at times.0

Been here since January. I have already lost 21 lbs using MFP and working out. Logging on is part of my daily routine, I dont even think about it. I love this site!0

I am new to this site, app, and the whole trying to get healthier thing, and due to my occupation as a long haul trucker am not sure I can log on every single day although I do use the app multiple times a day. I do know I could use all of the encouragement I can get while I try to improve my overall health and get more fit.
