that one! based on my HRM I can burn more calories than with P90X pliometrics in obviously much more enjoyable way (but I still do P90X, though).

~ Biking along the Coast ~ I try to squeeze this in as often as possible ... sometimes trying to beat " sundown ". One of these days I will learn that the sun will go down regardless of how fast I bike ... SMH.

My Zumba (either class or on the xbox, I'm not as fond of the dvd's). I force myself to follow the demon name Jillian Micheals though since I want the results she gives, then I totally rock out the Zumba!

Call me crazy but I actually enjoy going to the gym, doing the treadmill or elliptical and weight training. Pretty basic I know but I get caught up on the news while I am doing it...

Swimming. Because given my higher weight, the water works with me, giving an awesome calorie burn. Plus it just makes me feel better.. I've been trying to go at least 4 days out of the week, if not more.

It's definitely walking. I do it for an hour during lunch and sometimes when I get home from work.

    I'm averaging 14,000 steps a day.
