What is your favourite form of exercise?

I don't know. Nothing really lol. I'm starting to like running (i'm doing couch to 5k) last night was the first time I went out for a run and really enjoyed myself. I was kind of stressed out so that's probably why.
Also I started p90x this last week and I really enjoy doing the lifting weights part of it. I love the soreness in my arms and back right now.0 -

without a doubt my zumba class!!! i go once a week but starting in may i'll be able to go twice0

Swimming and sex...not at the same time0

it's a cross between running, weights and dancing0

Sparring / Martial Arts. Great way to sweat without even thinking about it...

But as I am single and don't get enough of it (sigh), I will take running on the treadmill instead. Some think it's boring but I really love just mindless running and sweating.0 -
