Fitness Workout of the Week

So I'm training for an Obstacle 5K (filthy5k.com), and some of they days I have to do X amount of Y, as fast as possible.
Figure I could get some motivation for doing it, if we did it together!!!

Today's challenge: 50 Burpees as fast as you can.
My time: 10min 30s (10:30)

    3 rounds for time:
    30 Kettlebell swings (i used 25lbs)
    25 Wall Ball (5lb)
    20 Pullups (Assisted -160lbs)
