    I'm from NS! I've been on MFP for over a year now. I reached my goal weight in August 2011, but I still log in everyday to offer support/advice to my MFP pals. I am not as religious about tracking my foods as I was on my weight-loss journey, I mostly track now to keep an eye on my protein levels and to give others ideas for meals (I know browsing food diaries of my MFP pals helped me think of new things to try!). I tend to not track at all over the weekends.

    Hey I have been at this for almost 2 months. Looking for friends who log on every day and are interactive with their friends, ie: encouraging, commenting etc. Don't have to be Canadian, just curious if I can find some fellow Canadians out there! :)
