    My name is Hendrika and I moved here in 1993 from Vancouver BC. I am hoping to maintain weight loss achieved this summer (40+ Lbs) Winter makes me want to cook (retired chef) and I dread not being able to work in my garden and perhaps even do my daily walk. It started snowing this afternoon and being new in this area I dont know if my normal "route" will be negotiable. How are you doing on the weight loss?
