    VYPeters, you are amazing. I really just want to post your images everywhere and show people that it can be done.

    And I'm glad to see a few pears on here. Something I can relate too! Sorry, I don't have progress pics of my own. But once I get down near where I want to be, don't worry, they'll get posted.

    not to preach, but honestly, pics every 30 days really is a great motivator.

    either you see progress and are shocked with what you didn't know changed

    or you don't see any, and you're motivated to get results

    Starting Weight: 81.1kgs (1st April 2011) (pictured at 76.4kgs)
    Current Weight: 70.9kgs
    Goal Weight: 70kgs (mini goal), I don't actually have a set ultimate goal!
    Height: 158cm
    kcal per day: 1700
    Body Shape: hour glass ish

    I have gone from a fitted UK size 16 to a comfortable UK size 14.
    In these pictures I have dropped from 76.4kgs to 70.9kgs (profile stats are from over a year)
    90 days consistently exercising 5 days a week - a mixture of 1 hour 15 minutes cardio / strength / core / conditioning (Colleen Mcloughlin DVD) and 45 minutes Kettlenetics (Michelle Khai DVD) and various Jillian Michaels workouts. After 90 days exercising between 3 and 5 days a week.

    Highest weight: 178-180lbs @ 5'7 around Winter 2011 and Jan 2012
    Current weight: 166.6lbs @ 5'8 (weighed this morning!)
    Short term goal weight: 155-160lbs by June 28th
    Long term goal weight: Somewhere from 140- 150lbs
