Macronutrients - carbs, fat, protein
1g of protein per pound of LBM (lean body mass)
.35 times body weight for grams of fat
Rest in whatever. Protein and fat target are minimums0 -

There are a few online calculators that can help you estimate body fat %
I don't know mine for sure, but at 118 pounds I try to get a minimum of 100g per day0 -

I am confused by you.
1. Yu ask for macro help(i think you're the OP)
2. You ask to calculate bodyfat
3. You ask for improvment on your cardio.
I can spit out any macro nutrient ratio for you, doesn't matter. WHat are your goals, how do you need help with your macros?
2nd. You find your Lean body mass from your bodyat %.
totalWeight * bodyfat% = pounds of fat
totalWeight - poundsOfFat = muscle mass0 -
