I wouldn't try to. How much do you weigh though? Are you in a healthy weight range for your height? DO you know what your Body Fat % is. There are a lot of factors you should take into account.

In my opinion, you don't look like you need to lose any weight. Maybe just try toning?

Honestly, I would say no, hun. Yeh, maybe your stomach might not be as taut as you would like, but it sure as hell is flat and after 3 kids you look amazing. Any more weight may come off your face and that could make you look gaunt. You're fab as you are, and after only 2 kids, I would love a stomach like yours!!!! :flowerforyou:

Are you fureal? You've got abs of steal woman! You look great to me, though it is a bit difficult to tell with you flexing like crazy. I think if you feel comfortable with where you're at, you're good. If you are concerned about toning etc. check your bf% and continue with whatever exercise you do to have gotten this far. COngrats!. :)

If I were you, I'd start eating enough calories to maintain your current weight and add strength training to your routine. :)

I presume that you are asking because you are not happy with your body. Maybe its the shape and not the weight. If you want to tighten things a bit consider weight training. Not 25 reps with 4 pound weights but heavy lifting. Look at the results the ladies are getting with NROL.

You look great - if you are looking for a new goal then maybe just focus on strength training to maintain lean mass

If it were me, I'd be done dropping weight, but I would continue to care about my fitness and start getting into weights. Congratulations on your achievement and have fun!

WOW, GIRL! You look great! I don't think you have fat to lose. If I were you, I'd go into maintenance and just work on toning. You look phenomenal.
  • you may be suprised about your stomach. give it time, if you get too much skinnier it will look loose, but if you focus on toning and allow the skin time it can slowly firm up. might take some time but in 6 months i bet it looks different to now. P.S you look gorgeous!

Would definitely say no to losing more weight - you look great! It's hard to believe you had 3 kids in such a short time! As others have suggested maybe continue with weights to build up strength and lean muscle :)

    Great work :)

The only place with any excess fat is in your thighs (same as mine) and I think that will just burn off with weight training on top of maintenance mode :)

Get some more weights going.... and keep toning those beautiful biceps and legs!

No don't lose any more weight. As others said continue eating healthy and find some type of weight training. If the big weights scare you I have found the resistance bands do a pretty good job. If you have a Farrell's extreme body make over in your area it is a wonderful program that also includes eating.
