AWESOME online weight loss simulator

This tool comes from a scientific paper recently published in a highly respected journal (ref at end of post). The authors of this paper have created an online weight-loss calculator that takes into account the changes in human metabolism during weight loss (i.e., the 3500 calorie deficit = 1 lb of weight loss isn't exactly precise, and these guys attempt to address this issue).

I've been playing around with it all morning, it's especially useful for figuring out what your maintenance phase will look like (including exercise, if you so choose).
