    Ok, this is fun, but it has it's flaws. My goal weight is 215, which according to this simulation is still 25.4% body fat. I find that hard to believe. When I was in The Marines I was 203 and that was ~11% body fat. I know that for a fact as I was both hydrostatically weighed, as well as had my measurements taken by calipers. Now I'll admit, I've put on some weight and I'm sure that my muscle mass is not what it used to be. However, according to this calculator I would need to weight 148 to be 11.4% body fat. That would be impossible for my frame, at 6'1".

    If you know your body fat you can enter it, having turned on the "advanced controls" over on the right. If you plug in 23 for example it works down from there to 20.1

    "bump" ensures that it shows up in recent topic for easy relocating of the thread, as we don't have a "watch" or "favorite" option.
