    Of course lululaura. All you need to do is the following for seven days: stick close to, or under you calorie allowance, drink at least 8 glasses of water and walk at least 10,000 steps daily. Come back in a week and tell everyone how much you lost in the week (i call it a perfect week, cause you really need to focus to bri g the food, exercise and water all together for a week) ...All the best ;)

    So far since starting this I've only ever lost under 1lb in a week. I'll have to really step up my game to do this - why not I'll see if I can do it!

    Wow I can't believe I did it! I was 68.2 last Sun 20th May, now I'm 67 kilos Sun 27th May. This is amazing, and it's great news as it means upping my calories from 1200 to 1400 has worked for me!! Very happy with that. :) This is the second week I've been on higher caloroes and it seems to be speeding up my weight loss. The first week it actually slowed down so I'm glad I've given it a chance.

    Well, I did another week and drumroll please........

    I went from 82.2 kilos to 81 kilos. I got a fit bit this week and that has really helped with keeping count of my steps. I will give it a go for another week and see how what comes off this week!!!

    I'll give this a shot although I usually don't go over my calories and I drink a ton of h2o (I have been stalled for the last few weeks at 193.6 & my last weigh in was 191.4 2 1/2 weeks ago). I don't have a pedometer but I will increase my walking on top on my usual exercise. Good luck everyone!
