With 180 lbs to lose, you're going to have a lot of breathing room when it comes to eating because your calorie allowance will be pretty high to begin with. As your weight drops, the allowance will also go down. So if you're eating consistently 300 or so calories below your target, that amount might end up being your allowance in a few months. Just be sure you're not eating too far below your current BMI.0

Have lost 10 lbs with MFP. If I am still hungry I will eat my exercise calories, some maybe all but rare. If I am not hungry then I wont eat them at all. Its like an added bonus for me.0

I eat mine or come really close to it- I always just try to stay at or under my calories. I have only been doing this for a little over a week but have already seen results. I have people tell me all the time to eat more or my body will hold on to the weight because its in starvation moad and thats why I have a hard time losing weight. I try to starv it off and it does not work!0
