    Black Rice! I'm Asian so this is a godsend...I can't NOT eat rice, but replacing white rice with black rice has instantly relieved my calories. Instead of eating close to 400 calories just from white rice in ONE meal, it's now like 80 calories. Big difference.


    I'm 1/2 Asian and ate white rice pretty much everyday growing up...but what is black rice? I'm excited about the calorie difference because even as an adult I still want to consume a lot of rice

    Apples, oatmeal and soya milk are staples for me! I have them near enough every day.

    Nuts! I snack on different kinds of nuts everyday. I also seem to eat more spinach than popeye.

    I ingest a ridiculous amount of peanut butter. :D

    Do you lose weight? I'm not being a smartass, just curious. It's good for you, but in small quantities because it's somewhat high in fat & calories for only 2 tablespoons. I use PB2 now because it's so low in fat and a lot less calories.

    I'm a HUGE peanut butter fan. And lose weight fine. However most of the time i eat in before hardcore workouts....so in the morn before i meet with trainer and will make a pbb shake...or lunch after I havent eaten a large breakfast or anything... however ALWAYS only the 2tbsp
