I notice today your water seems low. I'd suggest increasing that and keeping veggies ready to snack on in the fridge. Try to reduce anything high in sugar and increase protein.0

Try having a salad with lots of different types of veggies, then add cooked chicken, roast beef or even tuna. This top with some almonds and favorite low calorie salad dressing . For dessert have yummy bowl of fruit toped with a table spoon of low calorie cool whip. This will fill you up and help you to stay full longer. If your still hungry after 2 or 3 hrs have 1 cup of homemade trail mix consisting of raisins, dried cranberries, ground up dates, nuts, coconut, and granola. This is a good treat that is fulling. Biggest thing is to make sure you drink at least 2 ( 8oz) glasses of water per meal.0
