    You guys are more than welcome for the recipe and I am willing to share him <3 And thank you for the low cal versions! I will definitly be trying them :)

    And just so the people that don't have any humor know, I do not eat this thing 3 times a week but if I did, so what? I would make sure to put it in my calories. Oh, and I do not cheat on my husband :) lol

    If I am going to have a "treat", it's not going to be low-fat-low-cal. I'm going to have the real thing and budget it into my calories like an adult.

    Agreed! "Low-fat, low-cal" does not sound like a treat to me....
