who wants lose at least 8lb in May

I am due to start a new routine of exercise and diet in May and would like to know if anyone wishes to join me. it doesnt matter what your routines are now, it can be anything, i just want to be able to help motivate you and feel motivated myself. Ive got some goals i want to reach but i feel working on our goals together will achieve more. so who's with me

Ive posted a relatively small goal as i feel we all lose as mch as we can and id rather lose it slowly than make myself ill by trying to do it to fast. I dont wish to scare anyone in their goals so really it doesnt matter how much you want to lose but les get joining in the fun and banish those pounds and feel awesome together.
