These are 3 weeks apart... See any change? The first was taken on 4/8, and the second was taken 4/29

For 3 weeks, that's quite a bit of toning. It's just, 3 weeks isn't really that long!0

Look at that vertical line under the right boob, that wasn't there before. Definite progress in the upper ab/ribcage area.
Edit: I see another new line on your left hip0 -
What did you do in the 3 weeks?0

I Feel like I looked better in the first picture0 -
there is definitively a difference, which surprised me, as it's only been three weeks. what have you been doing, food and exercise wise? keep up the dedication, and you won't even recognize yourself in twelve more weeks.0

I walk between 3-5 miles a day. I've started going to the gym to do strength training for about an hour in the afternoons. I really try to stay within my calorie limit, I eat back between 1/4 and 1/2 my exercise calories and drink an *kitten* load of water! lol0 -
Plus, 3 weeks is a hard measurement period for a woman. It was either that TOM then or it's about to be or whatever. You're definately headed in the right direction!0

I can see more definition in your abs!!! Great work...keep it up!!0
