    Log my calories everyday, exercise a couple times a week. Cut out fast food completely which i miss the most lol. My eating habits before i started using myfitnesspal were horrible. I give myself cheat days though, like if I go to the bar, I don't even log that day. The weight at first came off fast, now it's slowing down and getting harder but it's worth it(:
