how do you log c25k?

I'm starting tonight but don't have an HRM
Was just wondering how was the best way to log it?

    bump would like to know this as well, as logged it 3.5mph walk for 30 mins

    Honestly, i couldn't figure this out 2 years ago when i did c25k, I logged it as walking, and then I got a HRM and never looked back.

    I logged mine seperate. Walk & jogging. The only realy way to know is with a HRM.

  • I do the same. I log the walking time and jogging time seperate. Which is easier to do when you are past week 5.

    I log the jogging and the walk separately. It seemed to be fairly accurate when I actually wore my bodybugg.
