To all those making fun of her.... She had a moment. She asked a stupid question. And I am sure she felt stupid enough without this thread completely directed at making fun of her. I bet NONE of you have ever asked a stupid question. Why are so many people so hateful on this site? I don't get it... I thought this forum was for support? Not to make someone feel so bad about themselves that they don't want to come back. You should be ashamed of yourselved.

Sheesh - what a jerk off. Don't sabotage this young lady, she's asked a serious question about eating habits.

OP - I don't know the answer to your query, but personally speaking as much as you can handle and I like to lick the plate clean.

I really thought I could help with your dilemma, but somewhere in my calculations I got all confused with the whole oz. - gm conversion conspiracy. Then there was the question of how many liquid ounces are in an ounce of pasta by weight, and whether you were measuring everything with a C cup or a DD. So I just gave up...sorry...
  • I have a plate I like to eat off of:)

It is 7" in diameter and blue. It is also kind of flat like corning ware!

If I am eating spaghetti off of it, how much spaghetti does it hold or how much spaghetti am I eating???

Depends...do you break the spaghetti up into smaller pieces, or leave the sticks whole?

I break them in half but now that I think about it I should break them up into way smaller pieces....smaller pieces = less calories = WIN

Ding, ding, ding, ding!!!! We have a winner. But then again, it could be like a pizza. I always have the guy at Little Caesars cut my pizza into 4 slices, cause I can never eat all eight!

buy a scale for food and weigh out your food with a 1 cup or a 1/2 cup then put it on your plate.
I LOVE MY CARBS AND THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTROL HOW MUCH YOU ARE EATING

Are you on a train heading east from NYC at 70mph, at the same time a train heading west at 75mph left Seattle ?

Lols, those two trains ended up in the ocean, but the NYC train got there first.

How do you keep it from getting all tangled up in the fan blades on the bottom?

Every time I try that, it gets all twisted up with the hair from the muskrat that licks the plates clean...
